Since my son's been born I've been trying to crank out music as a way to stay productive while he naps during the day. I had a lot of unfinished ideas sitting around, and some things that didn't quite fit on any of the releases i've been planning.
In the past, I've done collections of "private tapes" in the spirit of my hero Manuel Gottsching. Usually these were odds and ends, demos, sketches, etc that led to bigger ideas to shape a whole album. Last year a lot of that went into scoring Conner's art show(End Times in Babylon). I figured it was time to do another self release since I haven't put anything out in a year but have been performing and writing quite a bit.
Here I present to you the third installment as a streaming album. The album is available for download at a minimum price of $5, as I would like to use the funds to repair some gear. All funds from this release will go directly to repairing gear for writing, recording, and self-publishing music. Eventually I will be printing physical copies of this release.
Included is a long form dancey number, an unused track from end times in babylon, the blublocker track from the Holodeck Vision One compilation, a song i wrote for my son, a Gunter Schickert cover, and a live in-studio performance from the always incredible Sunday night experimental KOOP radio show Fade to Yellow.
Even if you don't purchase it, I hope you enjoy the stream
